• FNDATA ID、AppleまたはGoogleによるログイン識別子、メールアドレスその他FNDATAアカウントの作成・復元に必要な情報
• Epic Gamesアカウントの識別子、表示名、認証トークンおよびゲームデータ連携に必要な情報
• ゲームの戦績、大会参加履歴その他本アプリで表示するゲーム関連情報
• サブスクリプションの商品、購入、更新、解約、返金、失効および有効期限に関する情報
• ポイント残高、付与・消費・取消履歴、広告視聴完了および報酬付与に関する情報
• インストール識別子、Apple DeviceCheckの一時トークンおよび端末単位の特典受取済み状態
• プッシュ通知トークン、OS、アプリバージョン、言語設定、アクセスログ、IPアドレスおよび診断情報
• 閲覧した画面、タブ選択、機能の利用・成否、アプリの利用環境など、個人を直接特定しない利用状況情報
• 広告配信・効果測定に必要な端末情報や広告関連識別子
• お問い合わせ時に利用者が提供するメールアドレス、問い合わせ内容その他の情報

Appleによる決済では、クレジットカード番号等の決済手段そのものを当社が取得または保存することはありません。

2. 利用目的

• 本アプリ、FNDATAアカウント、ログイン、復元および外部アカウント連携の提供
• ショップ、ニュース、大会、戦績その他のゲーム情報の取得・表示
• サブスクリプション、ポイント残高、購入、広告報酬、招待特典およびポイント消費の管理
• 初回特典・招待特典の重複取得、二重処理、改ざんその他の不正利用の防止
• 広告およびプッシュ通知の配信、利用状況分析、品質改善、障害調査およびセキュリティ確保
• お問い合わせ対応、本人確認、法令およびプラットフォーム規約への対応

3. 外部サービスおよび外部送信

本アプリは機能提供のため、Apple、Google、Epic Games / Epic Online Services、Google AdMob、Firebase、Cloudflareおよび当社が利用するゲーム情報APIを使用します。必要な情報は各提供者へ送信され、各提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

本アプリは、画面の閲覧状況や機能の利用状況を把握し、使いやすさや品質を改善するため、Google Analytics for Firebaseを使用します。画面名、操作の種類と成否、アプリの利用環境、アプリバージョン、言語設定および端末・アプリインストールに関する情報がGoogleへ送信されます。分析イベントには、プレイヤー名、検索文字列、Epic Account ID、FNDATA ID、メールアドレスまたはエラーの詳細内容を含めません。広告識別子（IDFA）を利用する構成ではありません。Googleによる情報の取扱いについては、GoogleのプライバシーポリシーおよびFirebaseのプライバシー情報をご確認ください。

4. 第三者提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合、生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合、行政機関への協力が必要な場合、利用目的に必要な範囲で取扱いを委託する場合、または事業承継に伴う場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

5. 情報の保存と管理

当社は、不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失または毀損を防ぐため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じるよう努めます。ポイント・購入・サブスクリプション・広告報酬・特典受取済みの記録は、提供、重複防止、返金、監査および問い合わせ対応に必要な期間保存します。不要となった情報は、法令上または正当な運営上の理由がある場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。

7. 未成年者

未成年者が本アプリまたは有料サービスを利用する場合は、保護者または法定代理人の同意を得てください。

8. 改定

当社は必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定します。重要な変更は、本アプリ、本ウェブサイトその他適切な方法で周知します。

1. Information We Process

• FNDATA ID, Apple or Google sign-in identifiers, email address, and information required to create or restore an FNDATA account
• Epic Games account identifier, display name, authentication tokens, and information required to connect game data
• Game statistics, tournament history, and other game-related information displayed in the App
• Subscription product, purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, expiration, and entitlement information
• Point balance and transaction history, ad completion, and reward information
• Installation identifier, temporary Apple DeviceCheck token, and device-level promotion redemption status
• Push token, OS and app version, language, access logs, IP address, and diagnostic information
• Screen views, tab selections, feature usage and outcomes, app environment, and other usage information that does not directly identify you
• Device information and advertising-related identifiers required for ad delivery and measurement
• Email address, message, and other information submitted when contacting us

Apple processes payments. We do not obtain or store payment card numbers or other payment credentials.

2. Purposes of Use

• Provide the App, FNDATA accounts, authentication, restoration, and external account connections
• Retrieve and display shop, news, tournament, statistics, and other game information
• Manage subscriptions, point balances, purchases, ad rewards, referrals, and point usage
• Prevent duplicate promotions, duplicate transactions, tampering, and other abuse
• Deliver ads and push notifications, analyze usage, improve quality, investigate incidents, and maintain security
• Respond to inquiries, verify identity, and comply with law and platform rules

3. Service Providers and Data Transfers

The App uses Apple, Google, Epic Games / Epic Online Services, Google AdMob, Firebase, Cloudflare, and game-information API providers. Information necessary to provide each feature may be sent to these providers and handled under their respective privacy policies.

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand screen views and feature usage and to improve usability and quality. Screen names, action types and outcomes, app environment, app version, language setting, and device and app-installation information are sent to Google. Analytics events do not include player names, search queries, Epic Account IDs, FNDATA IDs, email addresses, or raw error details. This integration does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). 4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose personal information without consent except where required by law, necessary to protect life, safety, or property, required to cooperate with public authorities, entrusted to a service provider within the necessary scope, or transferred as part of a business succession.

5. Retention and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage. Point, purchase, subscription, ad-reward, and promotion records are retained as necessary to provide benefits, prevent duplicates, process refunds, conduct audits, and respond to inquiries. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless law or a legitimate operational need requires retention.

7. Minors

Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App or paid services.

8. Changes

We may revise this Policy as needed. Material changes will be announced in the App, on this website, or by another appropriate method.
