第1条（適用）

本規約は、本アプリに関する当社と利用者との一切の関係に適用されます。本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイトに掲載する個別のルールや注意事項も本規約の一部を構成します。

第2条（FNDATAアカウントとEpic Games連携）

1. 本アプリは、ポイント、購入、サブスクリプションおよび招待情報を保存・復元するため、FNDATA IDを発行します。
2. 初回のお試しポイントとポイント獲得用広告は匿名でも利用できます。ポイント購入、サブスクリプションおよび招待機能にはAppleまたはGoogleによるFNDATAアカウントの保護が必要です。
3. Epic Games連携はFortniteのゲームデータ取得専用であり、FNDATAアカウントとは別です。
4. 同じAppleまたはGoogleの認証情報を、異なる複数のFNDATA IDへ同時に紐付けることはできません。異なるFNDATA IDのデータは自動的に合算されません。
5. 利用者は認証情報を自らの責任で管理してください。外部サービスの停止や仕様変更により一部機能を利用できない場合があります。

第3条（サブスクリプション）

1. 本アプリは、Appleのアプリ内課金による1か月単位の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します。購入時にApp Store上で表示される価格が適用されます。
2. 「広告なし」は通常広告を非表示にします。「スタンダード」は通常広告なしと更新ごとに66ポイント、「プレミアム」は通常広告なしと更新ごとに135ポイントを提供します。
3. 任意で視聴するポイント獲得用広告は、すべてのプランで利用できます。
4. 購入はApple Accountへ請求され、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。
5. Appleのサブスクリプション管理画面から確認、変更および解約できます。アプリを削除しただけでは解約されません。
6. 解約後も支払済み期間の終了までは特典を利用でき、適正に獲得済みのポイントは維持されます。返金はAppleの規約と判断に従います。

第4条（プラン変更）

アップグレード、ダウングレードその他の変更時期と請求はAppleの定めとApp Store上の表示に従います。同じ請求期間に月次ポイントを重複付与しません。Appleが有効な契約を確認できない場合、当社は特典を停止できます。

第5条（ポイント）

1. ポイントは本アプリ内の対象機能にのみ利用でき、金銭的価値を持たず、換金、払戻し、譲渡または交換はできません。
2. 大会戦績詳細の新規取得に成功した場合、原則1回3ポイントを消費します。取得失敗、取消し、タイムアウトまたは有効な閲覧権利の再利用では、原則として消費を確定しません。
3. ポイント獲得用広告を最後まで視聴し報酬処理が完了した場合、原則1回3ポイントを付与します。
4. ポイント残高の上限は999ポイントです。上限を超える付与分は、繰越し、換金または補償されません。
5. 不正取得、改ざんまたは誤付与が判明した場合、当社はポイントの取消しや利用停止等を行えます。

第6条（ポイントの追加購入）

1. 本アプリはAppleの消費型アプリ内課金として、30、126および240ポイントの商品を提供します。購入時にApp Store上で表示される価格が適用されます。
2. 商品は自動更新されず、Appleの購入検証と当社サーバーの処理完了後に1取引につき1回だけ付与します。
3. 購入後に999ポイントを超える場合は、購入前に受取可能数と超過分を案内します。続けて購入した場合、残高は999ポイントまでとなり、超過分は付与、繰越し、換金または補償されません。
4. 消費型商品そのものはAppleの購入復元対象ではありません。サーバーへ反映済みの残高は、同じFNDATAアカウントで復元できます。

第7条（初回特典および招待特典）

1. 初回利用時のお試しとして15ポイントを付与する場合があります。原則1端末につき1回です。
2. 所定期間内に招待コードを利用した被紹介者へ10ポイントを付与します。紹介者への10ポイントは、被紹介者が初めて対象の大会戦績詳細をポイントで閲覧した後に付与します。
3. 招待コードの利用は原則1アカウントかつ1端末につき1回です。再インストールやアカウント再作成による繰り返し取得はできません。
4. 不正防止のため、インストール識別子、Apple DeviceCheckの端末単位受取済み状態その他必要な情報を利用します。

第9条（禁止事項）

法令・公序良俗に反する行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、ポイント・広告報酬・課金状態の改ざん、なりすまし、過度な負荷を与える行為、その他当社が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。

第10条（ゲーム情報および免責）

1. 本アプリはEpic Games, Inc.の公式アプリではなく、同社による承認、運営または保証を受けていません。
2. 外部サービスから取得する戦績、ショップ、大会その他の情報について、完全性、正確性、最新性または継続的な提供を保証しません。
3. 当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用または利用不能による損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

第11条（サービスの変更・停止）

当社は、保守、障害、外部サービスの変更、法令対応その他合理的な理由がある場合、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、停止または終了できます。

第12条（本規約の変更）

当社は法令に従い合理的な場合に本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は、本アプリ、本ウェブサイトその他適切な方法で周知します。

第13条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、法令で別段の定めがある場合を除き、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Application of These Terms

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding the App. Individual rules and notices displayed in the App or on our website also form part of these Terms.

2. FNDATA Account and Epic Games Connection

1. The App issues an FNDATA ID to store and restore points, purchases, subscriptions, and referral information.
2. Trial points and point-reward ads are available anonymously. Apple or Google protection is required for point purchases, subscriptions, and referrals.
3. The Epic Games connection is used only to retrieve Fortnite game data and is separate from the FNDATA account.
4. The same Apple or Google credential can’t be linked to multiple FNDATA IDs at once. Data from different FNDATA IDs isn’t merged automatically.
5. You are responsible for your credentials. Features may become unavailable due to outages or changes in external services.

3. Subscriptions

1. The App offers monthly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. The price displayed by the App Store at purchase applies.
2. Ad-Free hides standard ads. Standard hides standard ads and grants 66 points on each successful renewal. Premium hides standard ads and grants 135 points on each successful renewal.
3. Optional ads used to earn points remain available on every plan.
4. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
5. You can view, change, or cancel in Apple’s subscription management screen. Deleting the App doesn’t cancel a subscription.
6. Benefits remain available through the paid period after cancellation, and properly earned points remain. Refunds are subject to Apple’s rules and decision.

4. Plan Changes

The timing and billing of upgrades, downgrades, and other changes follow Apple’s rules and App Store disclosures. Monthly points aren’t granted twice for the same billing period. We may stop benefits when Apple can’t confirm an active entitlement.

5. Points

1. Points are usable only for eligible App features, have no cash value, and can’t be redeemed, refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
2. A successful first retrieval of tournament performance details generally costs 3 points. Failed, canceled, or timed-out retrievals and reuse of an existing viewing entitlement generally aren’t charged.
3. Completing an eligible point-reward ad generally grants 3 points.
4. The maximum balance is 999 points. Amounts above the limit aren’t carried forward, redeemed, or compensated.
5. We may reverse points or restrict use when abuse, tampering, or an incorrect grant is identified.

6. Additional Point Purchases

1. The App offers consumable packs of 30, 126, and 240 points through Apple in-app purchase. The App Store price at purchase applies.
2. Packs don’t renew automatically and are granted once per transaction after Apple verification and server processing.
3. If a purchase would exceed 999 points, the App shows the receivable and excess amounts first. If you continue, the balance stops at 999 and the excess isn’t granted, carried forward, redeemed, or compensated.
4. The consumable product itself isn’t restored by Apple. A balance already recorded on our server can be restored with the same FNDATA account.

7. Trial and Referral Promotions

1. We may grant 15 trial points on first use, generally once per device.
2. An invitee who uses a code within the stated period receives 10 points. The inviter receives 10 points after the invitee first spends points to view eligible tournament details.
3. A referral code is generally usable once per account and device. Reinstalling or recreating an account doesn’t allow repeated grants.
4. We use installation identifiers, Apple DeviceCheck device-level redemption state, and other necessary information to prevent abuse.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not violate law or public order, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, tamper with points, ad rewards, or purchases, impersonate others, overload the App or external services, or engage in conduct we reasonably consider improper.

10. Game Information and Disclaimer

1. The App is unofficial and isn’t approved, operated, or guaranteed by Epic Games, Inc.
2. We don’t guarantee the completeness, accuracy, freshness, or continued availability of statistics, shop, tournament, or other external information.
3. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for use or unavailability of the App is limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes or Suspension

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App for maintenance, incidents, external-service changes, legal compliance, or another reasonable reason.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms where reasonable and permitted by law. Material changes will be announced in the App, on this website, or by another appropriate method.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Japanese law governs these Terms. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
